Mavis Discount Tire

I visited this place three times over four years- brake job, tire install, and rotation with tire balancing. The brakes were the only job I didn't take a major issue with. After the tire install, there was a slow leak on one tire but I didn't make a fuss because I have an air compressor at home so I rationalized that it wasn't terribly inconvenient for me to just top off the air at home when needed. The last job, rotation and balancing, was half done. They never rotated my tires and I know that because of the slow leak. I never bothered calling them because they offer free rotations and thus never charged me for it. The balancing was done but the rotation wasn't. It doesn't make sense because they'd need to remove the tires to balance them anyway. Like the few negative reviews here, I don't dislike the place but I wouldn't ever want them to touch my car again. I lost all trust in this shop and I'd encourage anyone considering the place to shop around and check other garages. If you do end up having anything done, or have had recent work done, to double-check yourself that work because three services in a row have let me down in various ways.

The gentlemen, Mathew was very nice and professional. Made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable about all the store products and services. Good listener and discussed all my options and was able to resolve all my problems. All staff members were very pleasant and professional and worked efficiently to get me in and out in a timely manner. Mathew went through all the options and charges my bill.

The Manager Rashid is super nice to deal with and extremely helpful. Just needed to swap out the factory wheel lugs to the Gorilla black small diameter lugs for my aftermarket wheels. Scheduled me in the morning and Fred did a great job on the install with 20min. Awesome place will definitely return for any further projects. 👍 …

I have been coming to Mavis for years to buy and install new tires on all my cars over the years. Previously I posted negative review of what happened. I am changing this review to 5 stars . They called me next day to resolve the issue, scheduled me for an appointment and fix the problem that I had with tires . I must say that they exceeded my expectations and stood by their word. Manager at this location is the best and will do anything to satisfy his customers. Please don’t hesitate to visit them if you have issues with your car. Thank you again for amazing service.

I recently visited Mavis Discount Tire for the first time to get my Tesla tires rotated. It was a challenge to find a place that could handle Tesla tires, but this shop came recommended by another Mavis location. Thankfully, they supported standard Tesla tires. The service was impressively quick and hassle-free, spanning from Saturday to Sunday. Overall, a great experience with no issues in tire rotation definitely recommend for Tesla owners!

I highly recommend anyone going to Mavis in Westfield. There aren't many places that not only provide great customer service but honesty and integrity. The manager Rashid is an amazing person and manager. He always takes good care of his customers ensuring they are safe and satisfied. He is a man of his word, very humble a treats everyone with respect. He is also an amazing leader to his team. He continuously goes above an beyond to make sure. No matter what the repair, I always have peace of mind knowing i am well cared for. Thank you again :)
